NOTHING TO SEE HERE PEOPLE

I have to admit. I am more than impressed by the large amount of Kool Aid the liberal children can consume in one election cycle. I am also stunned that people can still be swayed by soaring rhetoric that leads to nothing but the same old stuff your father complained about while watching the news.
Nothing good ever comes from blind loyalty. They followed Jim Jones and…well you know. They followed Charles Manson, someone slightly more loopy than Jones only with looser bathing habits. The Beatles followed that Indian Chap until they ran out of LSD and George Harrison’s beard was taxed by the Indian Government. It just doesn’t work.
Neither will following Barack Obama though they still will. The drugs have changed and no one will be killed but I suspect the bathing situation is much the same. George Harrison is no longer with us but that’s okay because the left prefers John Lennon. Equally beardy but farther left and twice as creepy.
For months (it seems like years) the children of the left have been dismissing one Obama “controversy” after another. They roll their eyes and do that sort of chuckle that says “we are so much smarter than you but we are dying to get laid”. They continue to shrug off the Obama flaps but refuse to see the bigger picture because like the world itself the whole picture is just too frightening. They may be right about these Obama situations but they are purposefully oblivious to the overall effect. Or what we doctors call the Olberman Outcome.
True a Tony Rezko story will not hurt senator Obama. Neither will a William Ayers story. Jeremiah Wright, the bigoted Pastor in the MC Hammer glasses will be an issue. To what extent is up for dismissal by the Obama disciples and debate by the rest of us. And so they claim victory over John McCain six months early. In other words the Democrats are shouting and hope we cannot rise above the din.
Lets scare the liberals and look at the big picture for a moment. It’s the cumulative effect that is important. True, a Rezko or an Ayers will not do much damage but add them to the Revum MC Hammer, Obama’s refusal to wear a pin, His wife’s ranting about how horrible our nation is and her further rantings involving stuff no one understands but knows it involves paranoia on a major level and you have to ask yourself “who am I supporting?”. Who is this guy indeed.
Keep asking dear reader. You have a
right to know. And it seems you do in fact know whi this clown is. The
Obama bounce that was expected after he clinched the nomination wasn't
anything more than a tangled Slinky that gives up on the second step. In
other words it did not happen. Four points is the RCP
average. The expectation was ten points and McCain's people were bracing
for fifteen points. a number they were certain they could overcome. Looks
to me that the Independents, and what amounts to Hillary's base has not
drunk the Kool Aid. At least not this particular flavor...
